PALMER - The final Pathfinder Regional Vocational Technical High School budget includes enough money to begin construction of a $380,000 horticulture program building.
Superintendent Gerald L. Paist said the construction of the "Butler-style" metal building, which is expected to be completed in the fall, will free up needed classroom space.
The Pathfinder School Committee on Wednesday night awarded the contract for construction of the building to Forish Construction of Westfield, the sole bidder at $367,670, Paist said.
