Diana’s presentation including slides centers on early use of herbs for food, healing, fragrance and dyeing.
Programs continue at 1:00 PM with Preserving the Harvest: Jams, Jellies and Herbal Vinegars. This workshop conducted by Kathie Savoie of University of Maine Cooperative Extension will help you savor the flavor of summer year-round by learning basic steps of canning garden-fresh foods.
