The Greene County Master Gardeners have established an annual scholarship for students that are living in southwest Missouri, are majoring or minoring in horticulture and are enrolled at a Missouri college or university. The $500, one-year scholarship is named in honor of Gaylord Moore, a retired horticulture specialist with University of Missouri Extension, the extention office said in a news release. Read more: | |
