With his arm elbow-deep in a bucket stirring a concoction of water and cow manure, David Zhang, a graduate of Western's Fairhaven College, vigorously stirs the mixture in a circular motion. Zhang said he believes this practice will eventually lead to healthier and more sustainable farming through a larger agricultural movement known as biodynamic farming. Read more:
